Greencastle continued their good run of form with an emphatic 4-16 to 1-3 win over a very disappointing Brackaville side on Sunday. The home side began well with Cahir Mc Cullagh getting the first of the their four goals. Kevin Ferrity had added another before the break as the hoops reached the short whistle in command leading 2-6 to 0-3. John Mc Cullagh, Eden Clarke, Conor and Mark Carson as well as Ryan Conway all sent over points for the winners while Ferrity got his second goal of the day as Greencastle strolled to victory. Eden Clarke scored his team’s fourth goal to round off a comprehensive victory. Sean Corr got the Roes goal but it was only a consolation score.
Ryan McGurk got the only goal of the game as Galbally made it back to back wins for the first time this season at the expense of neighbours Pomeroy. Former Tyrone minor team mates Christopher Morris and Frank Burns were among the points for their respective teams.
Kevin Mossey scored 1-8 with Michael Mossey and Diarmuid McNulty the other goal scorers as Gortin accounted for Stewartstown at home, Dan Lowe and Gareth Devlin among the Harps’ points.
Niall Gormley, Lee Brennan and Daniel McDonald all found the net as unbeaten Trillick won at bottom of the table Newtownstewart, Ryan Mayse, Damian Patton and Niall Mayse with points for the home side.
Martin McStravog and Sean Robinson got the goals with Shea Coney and Ciaran Gervin getting points as Derrylaughan held off a brave challenge from Loughmacrory, Enda Ward and Ronan Ward getting points for the visitors and Niall Grimes scoring their goal.
Patrick Quinn and Sean Anthony Burns got Dungannon goals while Keifer Morgan and Daniel Grimley got points as they beat Killeeshil in a high scoring clash. Bernard O’Neill got the visitors goal with Packie McMullan kicking a number of points.
The Laffertys Stephen, Jonah and Ronan all found the net for Urney but they still lost on their travels to Kildress who had goals from Colm Loughran [2] and points from Frank McGurk and Eoin Brannigan
