Tyrone Camogs hosted Kerry on Sunday afternoon at Healy Park but in spite of a spirited display the Red Hands found the Kingdom girls too hot to handle.
Kerry laid the foundations for their win with a commanding first half display. Goals from Jackie Horgan, Alanna Whelan, Laura Collins and Rachel Mc Carthy put the green and golds in total control reaching the break 4-6 to 1-4 in front .
Tyrone did create chances with Niamh Mc Nulty, Ciara Mc Geady and Shauna Jordan landing points while Jordan’s goal was a thing of beauty.
The second half was a more tame affair although Laura Barker did find the net for the home team. In spite of this brief revival Kerry were never troubled and eased to victory on a final score of 4-14 to 2-6..
