Pomeroy collected their second brace of points since their return to senior football when they produced an outstanding second half display to easily account for neighbours Galbally. Frank Burns, Kieran McKenna, Ryan Loughran, Christopher Colhoun and Justin McCaffrey all got goals for the Plunketts with Sean Murphy finding the net for the well beaten Pearses.
Defending champions Dromore experienced defeat for the first time this season when they lost narrowly at home to Coalisland. Ryan McCusker and Jason Carberry got the goals for their respective sides with Ronan McNabb, Ruairi Sludden, Cathair Quinn and Padraig Hampsey featuring among the points.
Danny McNulty and PJ Lavery got 0-9 between them while Fintan McClure found the net as Clonoe eased to victory at home to Strabane, Warner Mullan and Kyle Morrison with a brace each for the Sigersons.
Killyclogher were among the goals at home to Urney. Conall McCann got two of them with James Carlin, Tiarnan Cox and Tiernan McCann also finding the net. Johnny Lafferty and James Kelly scored 0-7 between them for the St.Columbas.
Division one top scorer Lee Brennan weighed in with another eight points as Trillick made home advantage count against Greencastle. Mark Carson top scored for the St.Patricks with four points.
Errigal Ciaran laid the foundations in the first half for their win at home to Carrickmore. Eoin Kelly, Bryan Horisk and Davy Harte were among the points for the Dunmoyle based men as it finished 0-14 to 0-11, Martin Penrose top scored for the St.Colmcilles with Mark Donnelly also on target.
