Moortown St Malachy’s are safely through to the next round of the St Paul’s Ulster Minor Football tournament after they defeated Cavan champions Ramor Utd on Saturday afternoon. The Tyrone men had been down by five points at one point but when the break came and they got the winds at their backs in the second half they started to get momentum.
Two goals from Conan McLernon and Jone from Jack McGuigan steered Moortown in the Ulster quarter final.
Final Score : Moortown 3-8 Ramor Utd 0-11
