Brackaville Owen Roes came from seven points down at one stage under the lights of the top class facilities at Stewartstown to defeat Killyman 3-09 to 1-13 and lift the Under 16 Grade 4 Championship title.
Killyman had been hoping to complete the first leg of a league and championship double but will now have to turn all their attentions to the weekend’s clash with Greencastle.
Eamon Donnelly, Daragh Morgan and Adam Cullen battled hard for Killyman while Owen Loughran, Conor Stock, Josh Griggs, Christian Maxwell and Ronan Mc Hugh did well for the winners.
