The race to be crowned Begleys Sports Intermediate league top scorer for 2015 is proving to be very competitive with no fewer than three former golden boot winners in the running. Aghyaran sharpshooter Ronan McHugh currently leads the way and he has a five point cushion from Diarmaid McNulty who is the top goal scorer in the county having found the net eight times in as many games. Despite missing the starred games County attacker Darren McCurry is in third place and he is closely followed by last season’s Junior top scorer Conor McCreesh as well as Niall Gavin who is a former Intermediate top scorer. Gareth Devlin is going for a third title in a row and he is currently well place as well.
