The annual Og Sport finals drew a large crowd to Garvaghey on Monday evening as eight teams competed across two grades for the titles.
Drumragh, Eglish, Strabane and Stewartstown competed in the Grade 2 semis with the Sarsfields losing out to Eglish and Strabane defeating Stewartstown before the Eglish lads got the better of the Sigersons in a very competitive final where Ethan Jordan was the standout player on display.
The Grade One competition saw Errigal Ciaran easily account for Dromore in quite a one sided first semi final while a mobile and impressive Killeeshil team defeated Moortown in the other semi final. Those two results meant that parish rivals Errigal and Killeeshil faced each other in the final before the St Marys defeated Errigal by four points with Louis Conlon, Daniel Millar and Thomas Hoy the key men for the winners.
Well done to the winners and congratulations to all those teams that participated in Monday evening’s finals.
